Junior Baseball of Oregon
(for boys)
Registration: Ongoing
- Junior Baseball of Oregon has three age groups
- Midgets: ages 9 and 10
- Juniors: ages 11 and 12
- Seniors: ages 13 and 14
- Each age group has three skill levels
- National - recreational
- American - competitive
- Federal - all star
- Cost for Senior : Federal is $100 - all other levels is $85
- All players must be Boys & Girls Club members (membership $25)
- "All Bat" policy ensures all players get their swings
- Teams play in traveling Valley League
- Mid-week games, 2 games per week. Weekend tournaments are available to all teams
- Tryouts will be held Saturday April 12th, at Williams Field
- Senior Federal tryouts on Sunday February 24th
- Practices start mid-April. Games are May thru mid-July
- Playoffs are thru mid-July thru end of July
Mid Valley Softball
(for girls)
Registration: Ongoing
- Mid Valley Softball has three age groups
- Midgets: ages 9 and 10
- Juniors: ages 11 and 12
- Seniors: ages 13 and 14
- Players are divided by skill level
- Cost is $60
- All players must be Boys & Girls Club members (membership $25)
- "All Bat" policy ensures all players get their swings
- Teams play in traveling Valley League
- Practices start mid-April. Games are May thru mid-July
- Playoffs are thru mid-July thru end of July
T-Ball and Mites Coed Programs
Registration: March - April
- T-Ball : ages 5 and 6
- Mites: ages 7 and 8
- Local Program. Travel restricted to Corvallis and Philomath
- Cost is $50
- All players must be Boys & Girls Club members (membership $25)
- "All Bat" policy ensures all players get their swings
- Games are at the Williams Field Sports Complex and Philomath schools
- T-Ball games are Mondays and Wednesdays. There can be an additional practice on any other evening
- Mite games are Tuesdays and Thursdays. There can be an additional practice on any other evening
- Practices begin in late May
- Practices are at Williams Field or local schools
- Games are played from mid June to early/mid July
- Season runs for 6 - 8 weeks, depending on the number of participants and teams
- T-Ball is hitting the ball off of a tee, Mites is coach pitch
- Coaches are all volunteers selected by the Club and are always needed

Basketball
Online registration is NOT available for
Santiam Christian, Future Raiders, and Future Spartan
teams. These teams need to register at the Boys & Girls Club office.
5th - 8th grade School Basketball [ Grades 5-8 ]
- Separate boys and girls divisions
- Players divided into skill division teams by middle school where they are or will attend
- Teams play in traveling Valley League
- Practices and games held on weekday evenings and Saturdays
- Program runs early-December, 2007 through mid-March, 2008
- Registration: October 22, 2007 - November 21, 2007
- Program fees: $85
Fall Biddy Basketball [ Grades K-4 ]
- Smaller courts and ball allow youth to learn proper fundamentals at an early age
- Players sign up by current school attended
- Two sessions per week
- Practices and games held on weekday evenings and Saturdays
- Grades K-2 are co-ed
- Grades 3-4 will have separate boys divisions
- Grades 3-4 will have separate girls divisions
- Program runs from late October through mid-December
- Registration: September 24, 2007 - October 19, 2007
- Program Fees: $50
Spring Biddy Basketball [ Grades K-4 ]
- Smaller courts and ball allow youth to learn proper fundamentals at an early age
- Two sessions per week
- Practices and games held on weekday evenings and Saturdays
- Grades K-2 are co-ed
- Grades 3-4 program content will depend on the number of participants
- Program runs from early April through mid-May
- Registration: March 3, 2008 - April 4, 2008
- Program fees: $50

Football
Tackle Football [ Grades 5-8 ]
- Players sign up by middle school they are or will attend
- Teams play in the Valley League or in conjunction with KidSports in
Eugene
- Positional weight restrictions apply
- Program includes Saturday games
- Season runs August 25 through Early November
- Fee includes use of all helmets, pads, jersey and pants
- Players must supply their own cleats
- Registration: May 1 - August 15, 2008 (or until teams are full)
- Program fees: $160

Volleyball
Girls Volleyball [Grades 5-8]
- Competitive play
- Teams divided by grade and skill level
- Teams play in the Valley League throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley
- Tournament play also available
- Team jersey provided
- Season runs from August 18 - early November
- Program fees: $85

Summer Sports Camps
Competitive camps that focus on instruction, skill development, team play and strategy are
offered at the Club this summer. The following five camps are co-sponsored with the Skyhawks
Sports Academy and offer campers age-appropriate instruction, a T-shirt and a detailed skill
evaluation at the end of the week.

teach basic football fundamentals and skills in a fun,
