Facilities
We encourage the community to use the Club's varied facilities on an "as available" basis. A facilities fee schedule is listed below. Please call Norma at 541-757-1909 to book an area or if you have any questions. Regular business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Multi Purpose Room / Small Gym: This room can be used for large banquets, dances, receptions and other such events, This room also has a stage and is connected to a kitchen for catering needs.
Large Gym: We have a large full-size gym available for many activities such as tournaments, private games, dance events and many sporting events. No food is allowed in this room.
Study Center: This room can be used for small meetings or seminars consisting of 15 - 35 people. This room is not used for dinners or banquets.
Art Center: This room has a tiled floor and can be used for a variety of events. It is spacious and can serve for many different occasions.
Activity Rooms: We have two small activity rooms that can be used for small informal meetings. They are mainly carpeted, but also contain a small tile area that makes it possible to have food and beverages as well as small projects.
Coffee Shop: This room can be used for small informal meetings. The room has a coffee shop atmosphere and a small tile area that makes it possible to have food and beverages as well as small projects.
Kitchen: This room is available for staging only. No refrigerator / freezer space or ovens are available.
Games Room: This large room contains several different types of equipment. We have four foosball tables, two bumper pool tables, seven billiards tables, one table tennis table and several checker / chess board tables. No food is allowed in this room.
Front Lobby: This area is available as a reception area or to welcome visitors to your event.

Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $75 - $100 is due at the time a reservation is made (deposit amount depends on number of participants and package). All rental fees must be paid two weeks prior to the date of use.
An Impact Fee and/or Club Staff (staff @ $12/hr) will be added to rental fee based on numbers or activity. (ask about birthday party prices and guidelines)
