Flag Football

This fall, the Club concluded its 3rd annual NFL Flag Football season. The program model offers a safer alternative to tackle football, where boys and girls alike can learn and enjoy the sport in a safe and fun environment. This year there was a 50 percent increase in flag football registration, for a total of 17 teams!
Players were provided with NFL jerseys modeled after professional NFL teams. The co-ed sport had 17 Corvallis based teams and 33 league wide teams, 146 total players, and 10 female participants!

Like many of the Club’s athletic programs, this season of flag football was made possible through the support of 17 local business sponsors and an amazing group of 30 volunteer coaches.

The Club provides athletic programs that make a difference in the lives of young people. Youth learn teamwork, leadership, good sportsmanship, confidence, communication, and how to manage their emotions—skills that last a lifetime!
