Open Campus Policy:

Youth need to sign-in upon entering the building. The Club has an open campus policy. Youth are supervised while in the building or outside, during a scheduled organized activity. We suggest that you go over your expectations of using the Club with your child before they attend.  The Club assumes no responsibility, once youth leave the Boys & Girls Club premises.

Closure Policy:

The decision to cancel an athletic event will be made by 2pm the afternoon of the event. Check with the team coach or our website for updated information.

We will cancel all other (non-athletic) programs and activities when the local public schools close for emergency and weather conditions. Programs and activities will resume when school is back in session.

Membership Cards:

Youth need to bring their membership card everyday they attend. Members who forget their card will be allowed in the building, but will not be allowed to check out any equipment. This is our way to identify youth and monitor equipment use.

Reaching Your Child:

We encourage parents to provide updated emergency contact numbers in case we need to reach them while their child is attending Clubhouse programs. We have improved our paging system, and will attempt to page your child in an emergency situation. We have between 300 and 350 youth participate each day. We encourage you and your child to setup a check-in system. There is a phone available for members to make local phone calls to reach you.

Outside Recreation:

Youth are allowed outside, when an organized activity is being supervised by a Club staff member.  Youth are not allowed to wait outside!
