Summer     Day     Camp

We're planning a fun filled Summer Day Camp for 2010.
June 21, 2010 through September 3, 2010

Elementary age kids enjoy our camp because of interaction with children their own age and the wide variety of activities offered. Parents appreciate our camp because they know it is quality care for their kids. Our small group size and low adult-to-child ratio are critical in providing a comfortable atmosphere for participants. Additionally, the release of children is monitored to ensure that they are released to the appropriate person.

Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided at no additional fee for each child (Breakfast and lunch are prepared by the Corvallis School District).

Camp Activities
This year we continue our tradition of weekly Cabin groups that allow children to bond with old and new friends of the same age group. They will choose from a menu of exciting activities that correspond with that week's theme. Cabins allow the activities to be tailored to the children's specific skill level and interests so they will be creatively challenged, while still having a chance to relax and play.

Camp Staff
We feel that positive adult interactions are crucial to a child’s well being, so we have made finding quality staff a priority. We hire youth development professionals with backgrounds in early childhood development, education, recreation and other child-related areas. Our staff all have First-Aid/CPR Training and undergo a criminal background check. We staff our camp at an approximate ratio of one adult for every 12 children.
