S.T.O.P. was designed to
provide elementary children with a safe, fun place to go when there is no
school and their parents are working. The program is open to all children
in grades K – 5.

Participants
enjoy our Computer Lab, Games Room (pool, ping-pong, foosball, bumper
pool), Art Center, Gymnasium, & many other fun program spaces.

Activities
include field trips, computer games, art, sports, nature, making new
friends and more. Each day will allow for age-appropriate choice areas
with a range of quiet and active, small and large group times.

A snack is
provided each day by the Boys & Girls Club for no additional fee.
Children can bring their own non-perishable sack lunch from home or
pre-register for a lunch provided by the Corvallis School District. The
lunch charge for school lunches will be deducted from your child’s 509J
lunch account.

We hire
youth development professionals with backgrounds in early childhood
development, education, recreation and other child-related areas. All
staff have First-Aid/CPR Training and undergo a criminal background
check. We staff our program at an approximate ratio of one adult for
every 12 children.
