5th Grade Spring Developmental Volleyball

5th grade teams – Play double headers on Wednesday Evenings

5th graders will form teams with the goal of creating teams by school, if numbers allow. The goal is to play by the 6th grade rules in order to prepare players for the Fall season.

All 5th grade teams will play a 10 game schedule on Wednesday nights with double headers in the Valley League. Some travel is required. The program’s focus is on skill, team and individual development, as there are no standings kept for the league.  Serving rules are modified to help promote success.

Teams practice and play home games at Linus Pauling and the BGCC.

Team jerseys are provided, knee pads are optional, but recommended.

Season starts in mid  March and runs through early May.
