Winter Sideline Cheer 1st-3rd Grade

1st-3rd grade cheer is a fun, affordable, quality program that is designed as an introduction to the sport of cheer as a team as well as developing the basic cheer skills, stunting and dance to help the members advance to the next level. There are two separate seasons: Fall & Winter.

COST:

Athletic Fee $110 + Uniform Fee $100. Uniform fee includes skirt, t-shirt, body liner, bow, and poms.  Returning Cheerleaders will not have a uniform charge, unless extra pieces are needed.

TIME COMMITMENT: 

2-3 commitments per week (Team practices twice a week and cheers/preforms at pre-selected basketball games in the winter as well as events throughout the season).

SEASON LENGTH: 

Winter – Begins in January runs through March

PRACTICES:

• 2 practices/week (45 minutes per night).
• Tuesdays/Thursdays

GAMES:

• Cheer for selected basketball games and special events on weeknights and some Saturdays
• Minimum of four games/events during the season (2 hours each)
• 2 weeks of practice minimum before cheering for the first game

SCHOLARSHIPS & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

We strive to lower the financial barriers around cheerleading. Please ask about financial assistance that is available! A limited amount of scholarships are available each season. Please apply in person, proof of income is required.
