Volunteers are an important part of our Safety Town Program. They get to help teach pre-Kindergartners important safety concepts at Safety Town! Teen volunteers assist the Safety Town staff in teaching safety concepts such as dog safety, bike safety, fire safety and more! Each Teen instructor will be paired up and help supervise five to eight children. The volunteer opportunity for Safety Town is part of our Johnson Teen Center and will work with the Teen Center Director and Safety Town Staff to develop their full potential as productive, responsible, caring & contributing members of their community. If you have a teen in 7th through 12th grade who is interested in volunteering, please feel free to fill out this volunteer form!
