STARS
Welcome to our dynamic STARS program! STARS is a school based after-school enrichment program that we continually evolve through the course of the year to better serve the youth of Corvallis. The STARS program is run at Adams, Bessie Coleman, Garfield, Kathryn Jones Harrison, Letitia Carson, and Mt. View elementary schools. STARS runs from after school until 6 pm, Monday through Friday. The cost for full-time attendance is $360/ month.
For the 2024-25 school year, STARS will be focusing on even more explorations and activities based in the arts and sciences, making an already fun and engaging offering even more robust. The staff has worked very hard to develop a creative, engaging, and supportive academic program that encourages students to get involved in discovering and enjoying the world they live in. This year’s STARS program curriculum will be based in a blend of sciences and arts, with a goodly measure of elementary engineering and applied arts in the mix. These explorations and discoveries will be guided through hands-on activities in a fun, safe, and positive environment that will enable each child to burn off some energy, get in some supported homework time, and have fun with creative curricular elements designed to be both academically meaningful and engaging. The STARS program will also be further enriched with OSU students, community members, and community organizations that visit the different sites and present even more interesting and relevant learning activities.
A Boys & Girls Club membership is NOT required to participate in the STARS program.
Parents need to review and agree to our STARS Waiver and Participation Agreement to register.

Late pick-up fee – there is a $2 per minute late fee charged to parents who pick their children up after 6:00 pm.
