What We Offer at the Clubhouse After-School Program

Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis Clubhouse after-school program is open to youth in 1st grade through 6th grade. Clubhouse after-school program features a wide range of fun activities led by friendly, energetic and fun Boys & Girls Club Staff.  Activities that are offered include STEAM, computer lab, gymnasium activities, structured group sports activities, and various special interest Clubs that youth brainstorm and design with the support of staff. Incorporated in all programs and activities are core elements of 21st Century skills which support young people in learning about and developing in emotion management, empathy, teamwork, responsibility, initiative, and problem solving.

Clubhouse is broken into three distinct groupings based on grade:

• Kindergarten**: they are their own cohort with their own activity spaces.
• 1st-3rd Grade: Monday – Friday after school until 6:00pm.
• 4th – 6th Grade: Monday – Friday after school until 6:00pm.

**Kindergartners must enroll in Club Plus to participate in our program.

Program Cost

Clubhouse after-school program utilizes a sliding scale monthly fee for 1st grade through 5th. Families are charged based on their family size & income.

• Kindergarten: please refer to the Kindergarten web page for pricing
• 1st Grade – 5th Grade: Price ranges from $28 per child per month to the full cost of $370 per child per month.
• 6th Grade: We charge a one-time annual membership fee of $50.

Each member must also purchase a $10 annual membership, which will be charged at your first month’s registration. Monthly payment plans are also available, please speak with our front desk for more information.

Clubhouse Meal Service:

During regular school days, the Clubhouse After-school program works with the Corvallis School District Central Kitchen to provide a supper to all Clubhouse youth for free.

If your child requires a special meal either due to diet choices or food allergies, you can fill out the appropriate form below and send it to us at fdesk@bgccorvallis.org, or drop it off at our office.

Clubhouse Participation Agreement, Waiver, Parent Handbook

Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis members are expected to conduct themselves in a positive manner and respect the rights of others at all times. We request that parents take the time with their child to review the Club Participation Agreement to assist with helping set expectations of behavior and conduct while attending the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis after-school program. To register, parents need to review and agree to our Waiver and Participation Agreement.

Clubhouse After-school Program Check in/Out Policy

• Youth must check-in upon entering the building
• Parents/Guardians need to show Personal Identification at pick-up. If a parent/guardian does not have personal identification at pick-up we may request they leave and return with necessary identification.
• Youth in grades 3rd and up can check themselves out after a parent has completed a walk-home form, please request one from our Front Desk.
• The Club assumes no responsibility once youth check out and leave the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis premises.

Clubhouse Transportation:

Transportation services to and from the Clubhouse After-school program is run exclusively through the Corvallis School District Transportation Team. Please connect with the Corvallis School District to set up transportation services. The Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis does not manage transportation services, please direct transportation changes, questions, or issues to the Corvallis School District.
