Non-School Days Program:

What We Offer:

During regular Non-School Days, (calendar of days below), we offer a special Non-School Day program. We run fun, engaging, and youth focused programing from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM for children in grades Kinder – 6th grade. Our program is designed to provide youth with a fun and exciting place to spend the day during non-school days. Youth are grouped in similar age groups with Kinder having their own space for the entire day. We provide snacks and meals to youth and can support dietary needs. The program is located at the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis and a Clubhouse Membership is NOT required.

Program Cost:

• $40 per day per child (when registering at least one day in advance)
• There is an additional $10 fee if you register at drop-off the day of the non-school day program.

3. Wait for Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis Front Office to give further instructions
4. Follow provided instructions to complete Spring Break Program registration

To Register – No Scholarship

1. Click on the blue Register button at the top right of this page.
2. Select 2025-26 Non-School Days.
3. Choose the program options you want to register for.
4. Complete registration.
5. Time for Non-School Day Fun!

Non-School Days Meal Information:

• Morning Snack offered between 8:30am to 9:30am
• Lunch offered between 12pm and 1pm
• Supper offered between 3:15pm and 4:00pm
• If your child requires a special meal either due to diet choices or food allergies, you can fill out the appropriate form below and send it to us at fdesk@bgccorvallis,.org, or drop it off at our office.

Non-School Day Participation Agreement:

To ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming Non-School Day program for all participants, parents need to review and agree to our Waiver and Participation Agreement when registering.

Parents should review the Participation Agreement with their youth prior to coming for Non-School Day programing to support in helping your youth understand what is expected of them while at the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis.
